Embodiment Construction

[0027] With the extensive development of communication technology, "connecting all devices to the network" has become the consensus of enterprises all over the world. In order to keep up with the trend of network automation and not lose its competitive advantage, it is necessary to establish a high-quality networking system for data collection, production monitoring, and real-time cost management. Industrial lighting networking has emerged as the times require. Industrial lighting networking refers to the use of communication networking technology to connect all lighting fixtures in lighting places such as ports or wharfs to a network with communication functions to form a port or wharf industrial lighting networking. The industrial lighting network performs switch, dimming, and positioning control on each set of intelligent lamps within the control range, and can monitor the operating status of each set of lamps.

Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial Internet of lamps (IOL) intelligent control system, which comprises a lighting terminal, a centralized controller, a platform control system and a transponder. The intelligent lighting terminal comprises more than one lamp each of which has an independent address. The centralized controller controls the corresponding intelligent lighting terminal based on address. The platform control system includes a server. The server is configured to generate a control instruction and transmit the control instruction to the intelligent lighting terminal through the centralized controller. The transponder is used for the communication between the centralized controller and the platform control system. In the industrial IOL intelligent control system, each lamp has an independent address so as to be independently and accurately controlled, and the centralized controller is controlled by the transponder through the platform control system. By using a geographicalarea as a control range, and some of the lamps in the area can be turned on or off according to an operation requirement. The lighting control can be also performed in other ways.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a networked intelligent control system for industrial lamps. Background technique [0002] At present, the lighting systems in existing lighting places are usually less automated, and they all simply realize the switching function. Staff or no staff are full lighting, wasting a lot of electricity. At the same time, at present, the maintenance of lighting products mainly depends on manual inspection. Since the lighting device takes a lot of time, even if there is a problem with the lighting device, it is difficult to repair it in time, which will have a certain impact on the operation safety of lighting places such as ports or docks. Therefore, how to control and manage the lighting equipment has become a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention solves the problem of how to control and manage the lighting equipment, and provides an intelligent control system for netwo...
