Abstract

The invention provides a steering hoisting mechanism applied to a tunnel preform assembly trolley. The mechanism is mounted on a top frame of the assembly trolley, and comprises travelling rails, a travelling assembly, a rotating assembly, a lifting assembly and a controller. Under action of the controller, an electric hoist of the lifting assembly lifts preform and a travelling motor drives a travelling wheel group for enabling a travelling platform to slide on the travelling rails, so that a hoisting mechanism moves the preform; if the preform is rotated in direction, a rotating motor drivesa rotating shaft for enabling a rotating platform to rotate; and an electric hoist mounted on the rotating platform drives the preform to rotate, so that assembly angle requirements of the preform are met, and therefore, tunnel construction requirements of the preform are accomplished, mechanical automatic operation is realized, and working efficiency is improved.
