Abstract

The invention relates to an environment-friendly fuel hose. The fuel hose comprises a hose body, wherein the hose body comprises an inner lining layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer covering layerwhich are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, and the inner side surface of the inner lining layer is provided with a blocking layer which is used for isolating fuel oil and the inner lininglayer so as to prevent the fuel oil from extracting soluble substances from the inner lining layer. According to the fuel hose, through the arrangement of the blocking layer, direct contact between the inner lining layer and the fuel oil is avoided, so that the oil can be prevented from extracting the soluble substances from the rubber layer of the hose, and the problem of fuel pollution from thehose in a fuel conveying process is solved. A manufacturing method of the environment-friendly fuel hose is further related. The method comprises the following steps of preparing adhesive tape of theinner lining layer and the outer covering layer; sequentially extruding the blocking layer and the inner lining layer, weaving or winding the reinforcing layer and extruding the outer covering layer;and vulcanizing. The method is simple and convenient to operate, and the manufactured environment-friendly fuel hose is compact in structure and stable in performance.
