Abstract
The invention discloses blended acai berry essence and a preparation method thereof. The blended acai berry essence comprises, in weight percent, 0.01%-0.06% of 2-methyl-2-pentenoic acid, 0.01%-0.1% of methyl furfuryl disulfide ether, 0.001%-0.005% of ethyl cinnamate, 0.001%-0.005% of maltol isobutyrate, 0.01%-0.08% of dihydro linalool, 0.01-0.05% of isoamyl propionate, 0.1%-0.5% of styralyl acetate, 0.01%-0.06% of styralyl propionate, 0.01%-0.1% of para-mentha-8-thiolone, 0.001%-0.01% of S1-methoxyl-3-heptanethiol, 0.01%-0.06% of 3-hydroxyl-2-butanone and the like.
