A through hole is arranged in a bottom plate of the insulated box body and the hangingcolumn can pass through the through hole. A hanging column sleeve is arranged on an outer side of the hanging column, and a middle part of the hanging column sleeve is fixedly connected to the bottomplate of the insulation box body. One or more layers of gas unidirectional permeable membranes are arranged in the hanging column sleeve along a height direction, and a periphery of the gas unidirectional permeable membranes is fixedly connected to the hanging column sleeve. The gas unidirectional permeable membranes and the hanging column are sealed through an insulating rubber ring. A bottom ofthe hanging column sleeve is provided with a connecting flange so as to connect with an electrical tar precipitator body. A gas in the electrical tar precipitator body can be effectively prevented from entering into the insulation box, and a risk of a safety accident caused by the gas entering into the insulation box under abnormal working conditions such as starting, stopping and the like is eliminated.
