Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid-cooled disc permanent magnet eddy current flexible retarder applied to a direct-push type vehicle. The retarder comprises a guiding optical shaft which is connected with retarder frames which are oppositely arranged at intervals, first and second stators which are arranged on the guiding optical shaft respectively and capable of axially moving along the guiding optical shaft, a rotor coaxially arranged between the first stator and the second stator, a straight pushing arm which is provided with vertically inclined arc-shaped guide chutes and can be supported onthe retarder frames by sliding vertically. Protrusions which are accommodated in the arc-shaped guide chutes are arranged in the peripheries of the first stator and the second stator. The retarder further comprises an actuator which is connected with the straight pushing arm. The actuator drives the straight pushing arm to move to drive the first stator and the second stator to simultaneously beclose to or away from the rotor. The liquid-cooled disc permanent magnet eddy current flexible retarder applied to the direct-push type vehicle, which is provided by the invention, has the advantagesof simple structure, less driving force, being uniformly stressed and good structural stability.
