Abstract

The invention discloses a fault monitoring system and method for a flight control execution mechanism of a flying wing unmanned aerial vehicle. The fault monitoring system comprises a fault detectionsystem, a flight computer, a plurality of execution structures and a flight attitude response sensing system. The fault detection system sends a fault detection instruction; an action signal is sent to the execution mechanism after processing by the flight computer; the flight attitude data of a wing unmanned aerial vehicle during flight are collected and the collected data are transmitted to thefault detection system; and thus motion state of the execution mechanism is determined to complete fault monitoring of the execution structures. Various instructions and signals are transmitted through the communication bus, so that the real-time performance of data communication is good; a redundant structure is easy to form; and the reliability and flexibility of the system are improved.
