The system comprises a data acquisition unit, a data conversion unit, a conversion rule base, a processor, a data interaction unit and a receiving end. The receiving end comprises a data release unit, a microprocessor, a display and a memory. According to the invention, power grid operation data which need to be transmitted are acquired through data; the power grid operation data are converted through the data conversion unit in combination with a conversion rule database; all of the data are converted intocorresponding hidden data, and then transmitted to the microprocessor on the receiving end through the data interaction unit; the hidden data are converted into the original data through the data release unit on the receiving end to acquire the transmitted data; the data release unit releases the data only in the local state of the single machine to ensure the data safety; and some key data usedin the release process can only be uploaded and changed locally, which ensures the safety thereof.
