The grinding device comprises a bottom grinding and sanding unit, a surface sanding unit, a common sand grinding unit and a wire drawing unit which are arranged side by side at intervals. The bottom grinding and sanding unit is used for grinding the bottom face of band steel. The surface sanding unit is used for conducting polishing and finish grinding onthe surface of the band steel. The common sand grinding unit is used for conducting further grinding treatment on the surface of the band steel. The wire drawing unit is used for conducting wire drawing grinding on the surface of the band steel.
