Abstract

The invention relates to a dry recycling method for a waste power lithium battery, comprising the following steps: S1, crushing a battery cell of a waste power lithium battery by means of shearing toobtain a crushed electrode material and a diaphragm; S2, performing high-temperature treatment on the crushed electrode material, removing the adhesive, and grinding the crushed electrode material byusing a stirring mill to obtain electrode powder and a copper-aluminum mixture; S3, performing primary airflow separation on the electrode powder, the copper-aluminum mixture and the diaphragm to obtain an electrode powder and diaphragm mixture and a copper-aluminum mixture; S4, performing grading treatment on the electrode powder and diaphragm mixture to obtain the electrode powder and the diaphragm; and S5, performing secondary separation to obtain a copper foil and an aluminum foil. A complete pretreatment route is provided for waste power lithium batteries, and the copper foil, the aluminum foil, the diaphragm and the electrode powder are classified and recycled. A dry means is applied, so that the environmental pollution is reduced. The subsequent treatment pressure is reduced while resources are recycled. The method is a recycling and harmless pretreatment process.
