Abstract

The invention discloses a feeding and breaking mechanism for an integral jute and ambary hemp stripping machine. The feeding and breaking mechanism is arranged in front of and above the machine and comprises a folding support seat, a swing part, a rotating part and a safety cover. The folding support seat is positioned in rear of and below the swing part and the rotating part, and the front slopeside of the folding support seat and rear edges of a feeding tray and a feeding breaking tray of the rotating part form a V-shaped hemp stalk positioning and feeding port. A stalk breaking knife of the swing part is aligned to a rear hemp stalk retaining axis and provided with a stalk folding knife and a pressing plate, and operating faces of shifting teeth of the feeding and breaking tray and thefeeding tray on two sides of the rotating part are on a same axial plane and form a 90-degree included angle with a cam symmetry center line. Middle portions of the hemp stalks are broken and sent into a clamping and traction separation mechanism to complete transverse feeding.
