Abstract

The invention discloses a tail gas disposal system and a DPF temperature control system and a control method thereof. The tail gas disposal system comprises a catalyst conversion device which comprises a tail gas channel, a cone-shaped neck, a DOC and DPF. An external hydrocarbon injection device is connected to the tail gas channel, a first temperature sensor is arranged on the upstream side of the DOC, a first differential pressure sensor is arranged on the upstream side of the DOC, a second temperature sensor and a third temperature sensor are separately arranged on the upstream and downstream sides of the DPF, and a second differential pressure sensor for measuring the outlet pressure of the DPF and the pressure difference of the DPF is arranged on the DPF. A controller is electricallyconnected to an internal combustion engine, the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the third temperature sensor, the first differential pressure sensor and the second differential pressure sensor separately. Whether the tail gas disposal system has faults or not can be judged accurately and the fault type can be judged accurately according to the hydrocarbon conversion efficiency of the DOC and the DPF for maintenance, so that the maintenance judging time is shortened.
