The invention discloses a painless gastroscopy airway management system which comprises a tooth cushion component and a fixing belt, wherein the tooth cushion component comprises an internal support shell and an external silicone gasket in match; the main body of the support shell is a cylinder of which the cross section is a long circle; a flanging is arranged at the outer end part of the cylinder; fixing belt holes are formed in both ends of the flanging; the silicone gasket is mounted on the cylinder in a sleeving manner; the length of the cylinder ranges from the outside of a human lip tothe inside of a mouth; an inner fixing sleeve is arranged on one side inside the cylinder; a part outside the fixing sleeve inside the cylinder is a gastroscope insertion area; a plurality of pipelineclamping convex ribs are arranged on the inner surface inside the inner fixing sleeve; and an airway component penetrates through the inner fixing sleeve and extends into a throat smooth airway alongwith swallowing. Since a clamping sleeve of an air through pipeline and the gastroscope insertion area are specifically arranged inside the tooth cushion component, the two channels are not mutuallyaffected, and the breath flow of a patient is not affected in gastroscopy.
