Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, these chest drainage devices generally have a single function, and most of them only have a drainage function, and the negative pressure value needs to be manually adjusted by the medical staff according to the type of operation; and the medical staff needs to judge the recovery of the patient by observing whether there are air bubbles in the water
This method cannot understand the patient's recovery status and make timely adjustments from the beginning of drainage to the patient's recovery stage, and has a certain lag

Embodiment Construction

[0035] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments. The following examples will help those skilled in the art to further understand the present invention, but do not limit the present invention in any form. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several changes and improvements without departing from the concept of the present invention. These all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0036] The monitoring principle of the thoracic drainage monitoring device provided by the present invention is to use the change law of the intrathoracic air pressure during the drainage of the patient and the change law of the intrathoracic air pressure after the drainage to detect the minimum value P of the intrathoracic air pressure in each respiratory cycle of the drainage patient. n The minimum value P of the intrathoracic pressure in each breathing cycle of a normal person in the storage module 0...

Abstract

The invention provides a chest drainage monitoring device, which comprises a hydrops cavity, a water seal cavity and a microprocessor electrically connected with a hydrops weight detection module, a hydrops cavity negative pressure detection module and a negative pressure generation module. The hydrops weight detection module is located below the hydrops cavity and is used for weighing the weightof hydrops. The hydrops cavity negative pressure detection module is installed in a closed container connected with the hydrops cavity through a conduit, and is used for detecting air pressure in theclosed container. The negative pressure generation module is connected with the water seal cavity through a conduit and is used for forming a negative pressure environment. The microprocessor is usedfor evaluating the drainage operation or postoperative recovery of a patient according to data acquired by the hydrops weight detection module, the hydrops cavity negative pressure detection module and the negative pressure generation module. The device can accurately detect data at different times in real time, and is convenient for medical personnel to accurately and timely obtain the situationof patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a chest drainage monitoring device. Background technique [0002] Chest drainage is commonly used in traumatic or spontaneous pneumothorax, hemothorax, empyema, and after cardiothoracic surgery. Its purpose is to remove fluid and gas in the pleural cavity, restore and maintain negative pressure in the pleural cavity, maintain the normal position of the mediastinum, promote the rapid expansion of the operated lung, and prevent infection. [0003] At present, chest drainage devices at home and abroad are constantly developing, from simple single bottle type to double bottle (cavity) type, three bottle (cavity) type, four chamber type and even dry type. [0004] However, these chest drainage devices generally have a single function, and most of them only have a drainage function, and the negative pressure value needs to be manually adjusted by the medical staff according to...
