Abstract

The invention provides an electric spark fusion formation method for a laminated solid body, belongs to the field of manufacturing of additional materials and solves the problem that a metal componentformed by adopting an existing metal additional material manufacturing technology cannot be compatible in performance and precision. The electric spark fusion formation method comprises the followingsteps of: first, pre-cutting to-be-fused sheet-like materials at all layers; regulating the distance from a tool electrode to the sheet-like material at the current machined layer; heating the sheet-like material at the current machined layer to make sure that a plurality of mutually-overlapped fusion tanks are uniformly formed at the surface of the sheet-like material at the current machined layer and the sheet-like material at the current machined layer and the sheet-like material at the lower layer are formed integrally; and adding a layer of sheet-like material on the sheet-like materialat the current machined layer, repeating the fusion formation process until the stacked sheet-like materials at any two adjacent layers are fused and formed integrally, thereby ending the machining ofa metal component which is to be machined and formed. The electric spark fusion formation method provided by the invention is mainly used for machining the metal component by adopting a formation process which utilizes lamination type manufacturing of metal sheet-like materials.
