Based on the scheme, when the posture of the terminal equipment changes, the proper receiving beam can be selected to receive the information sent by the network equipment, the transmission performance between the terminal equipment and the network equipment is ensured, the measurement frequency based on the reference signal can be reduced, the power is reduced, and the robustness of a link is improved.
