The device consists of three parts, namely the cell analyzer, an osmometer and a correction equation converter, and the osmometer is connected with the cell analyzer and the correction equation converter to form the device. The device comprises the cell analyzer and the osmometer, and can simultaneously determine parameters such as MCV and plasma osmotic pressure and transmit the parameters to the correction equation converter. The osmometer can detect whether the plasma osmotic pressure is abnormal or not, and the MCV of the cell analyzer can be falsely increased or decreased when the osmometer detects that the plasma osmotic pressure is abnormal (too high or too low). The correction equation converter comprises a mathematical equation of a relationship between the MCV and the plasma osmotic pressure, the MCV with deviation can be converted into MCV without deviation through the correction by means of the converter, and then the corrected MCV is output, so that the precision of the MCV is improved, the precision of parameters such as MCHC, HCT, MPV and PCT closely related to the MCV or plasma osmotic pressure is further improved, and precise cell analyzer parameters are provided for clinicians.
