[0032] The anchovy chinensis from Sanya, Lingshui and Haikou offshore and the anchovy chinensis from the coastal waters of Sanya were selected to form three sample groups of anchovy gnatosa and red-nosed anchovy from different geographic groups, and the individual populations of the four sample groups were extracted. Abstract

The invention provides DNA bar codes for identifying Thryssa mystax and Thryssa kammalensis, and an identification method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of molecular biology. The sequence of the DNA bar code for Thryssa mystax is as shown in SEQ ID No. 1; the sequence of the DNA bar code for Thryssa kammalensis is as shown in SEQ ID No. 2. Primers for amplifying the DNAbar codes comprise a primer F295 and a primer R517. The method comprises the following steps: extracting the genome DNA of a sample to be identified; amplifying the DNA to be identified by using the primers; comparing the sequences of amplification products with the DNA bar codes; and determining the type of the to-be-identified sample. When the DNA bar codes provided by the invention are used foridentifying Thryssa mystax and Thryssa kammalensis, results are stable, and repeatability is strong.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular biology, and in particular relates to a DNA barcode for distinguishing anchovy chinensis and anchovy red-nosed and its identification method and application. Background technique [0002] The side of the anchovy is flat, and there is a row of sharp scales on the abdomen at the front and back of the pelvic fin: 15-16 in front of the pelvic fin and 10 behind the pelvic fin, a total of about 25-26. Head slightly smaller, flattened laterally. Snout blunt, snout length shorter than eye diameter. The mouth is large and inclined; the end of the maxilla is pointed but short, only reaching the posterior edge of the preopercle; the number of gill rakers on the lower branches of the first gill arch is 28-31. The body is covered with round scales, the scales are large in size, easy to fall off, without lateral line; there is a small spine in front of the dorsal fin, and the pectoral and pelvic fins have a...
