Abstract

The invention discloses a shell assembly with a heat dissipation function and a mounting clamp. The mounting clamp comprises at least one main body part, at least one pair of retaining arms, wherein each pair of retaining arms is connected to the two sides of the main body part and comprises a first connecting arm which is approximately perpendicular to the main body part and extends upwards, anda retaining arm which is far away from the main body part from one end of the first connecting arm and extends approximately perpendicular to the first connecting arm; and a plurality of locking parts, wherein at least two locking parts extend from the main body part in opposite directions. According to the present invention, a radiator is reliably kept on the shell of an electronic device, so that the radiating effect of the radiator is ensured.
