Abstract

The control system comprises an industrial personal computer, a PLC, a travelling crane, a lifting hook, stations, a fuzzy rule, an interlocking design and an open travelling crane process. An Rs-232 communication interface of the PLC is connected with a COM port of the industrial personal computer to realize serial communication. The PLC is electrically connected with the travelling crane. The travelling crane is fixedly connected with the lifting hook through a liftingmechanism. A motor of the traveling crane operates in three modes, namely, a low-speed mode, a medium-speed mode and a high-speed mode. The system comprises multiple stations, the stations are numbered, and station information is collected through photoelectric sensors. The sensors return a high level signal '1' when sensing metal baffles on the stations, and return a low level signal '0' when not sensing the metal baffles.
