The oil phase emulsifier comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 6-9% of shea butter, 1-6% of crambe abyssinica seed oil, 3-6% of cocoa-caprylate / decanoate, 0.5-4% of limnanthes alba seed oil, 2-10% of isostearyl alcohol isostearate, 1-6% of C12-20 alkyl glucoside and 1-6% of C14-22 alcohol.
