The invention further discloses an anti-creeping push-pull circuit which comprises at least two output circuit modules, an electrostatic discharge protection circuit (ESD)and a parasitic diode D. When the port PAD drive is high and the power supply VCC drive is low, through on-off control of an internal network of the output circuit modules, level at the port PAD drive which is high is led out to the electrostatic discharge protection circuit ESD through a port F-NWELL. Currentis intercepted from flowing into a superior circuit of a P-type transistor PM1, and therefore the current flows into a power supply VCC driven to be low.
