The method comprises the following steps of (1) collecting enamel waste slurry splashed in the production and spraying process and enamelwaste slurry washed from unqualified enamel products, and putting the enamel waste slurry into a waste slurry pool for later use; (2) collecting unqualified enamel solid wastes, removing foreign matters, slurrying, and adding into a waste slurry pool according to a ratio of 30%; (3) bagging and draining the solid matters in the waste slurry pool by using a packaging bag in a production intermittent period, cutting the solid matters after the solid matters are clustered, and sorting out foreign matters; (4) analyzing the chemical components of the solid matter prepared in the step (3), and classifying according to the chemical components of normal glaze to be sprayed; and (5) removing impurities from the solids, purifying, adding the purified solids into normal glaze with similar chemical components according to a ratio of 30%, and adjusting the chemical components of the glaze to be qualified so that the glaze is be used for glaze spraying of the secondary part of the enamel product.
