The invention provides a buried silica-sand rainwater regulation and storage system which comprises a first rain sedimentation pond and a rainwater storage pond, wherein the first rain sedimentation pond and the rainwater storage pond are mounted side by side under the ground; a horizontally-extending water outlet pipe is mounted at the upper part of the first rain sedimentation pond; and the freeend of the water outlet pipe is connected with a water inlet positioned at the upper part of the rainwater storage pond. According to the buried silica-sand rainwater regulation and storage system, silica-sand water permeable bricks are utilized, so that the filtration process and the sedimentation process can be performed simultaneously; the sedimentation pond is of an inverted-cone structure ofwhich the upper part is large and the lower part is small, and a narrow space is formed at the pond bottom, so that the concentration of solid particles can be facilitated; and after being concentrated together, the solid particles are discharged from the sedimentation pond through sewage pumps, so that the long-time sedimentation of sludge and the solid particles at the pond bottom can be prevented, and the situation of pond pollution and bacteria breeding can be reduced.
