The neutron circuit framework is mounted on the upper portion in the protection sleeve. The density circuit framework is mounted on the lower portion in the protectionsleeve and is in butt joint with the neutron circuit framework. The while-drilling compensation neutron measurement assembly is mounted on the neutron circuit framework. The while-drilling direction and density imaging assembly is mounted on the density circuit framework. According to the device, a density logger and a compensated neutron logger are integrated in the same drill collar, and therefore the operation difficulty of mounting the density logger and the compensated neutron logger and carrying out testing is greatly reduced.
