Abstract

The invention discloses a stay wire type displacement sensor applied to full sea depth and an application method thereof. The pull wire type displacement sensor comprises a wire wheel cabin, a rotaryspring cabin and a signal conversion cabin. A reel assembly is arranged in the reel cabin, a pull wire is wound on the wheel disc, the two ends of the pull wire form a pull wire end and a wire returnend, and the pull wire end and the wire return end of the pull wire extend out of the reel cabin from the first wire outlet hole and the second wire outlet hole respectively after being wound out of the wheel disc in the reverse direction. The invention provides a stay wire type displacement sensor applied to full sea depth and an application method of the stay wire type displacement sensor. Whena measured object returns, an external force is applied to the wire return end equivalently, and the external force and the spring force of the rotary spring act together to drive the wheel disc to rotate reversely, so that the pull wire at the pull wire end is wound on the wheel disc again, and the pull wire end returns to a measurement original point or a specified position smoothly. The signalconversion cabin adopts self-deformation of the elastic wall to automatically compensate external water pressure, and the pressure bearing problem of the stay wire type displacement sensor working ina full-sea-depth environment is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pull-wire displacement sensor applied in the whole sea depth and an application method thereof, belonging to the technical field of deep-sea detection equipment. Background technique [0002] The pull-wire displacement sensor is an electronic component that converts the linear motion of an object into a measurable, recordable, and transmittable electrical signal. It has high manufacturing precision, easy installation, and small footprint. It can be produced with a large range and is suitable for linear motion. It is suitable for non-linear motion and can adapt to harsh environments. It has incomparable advantages over optical fiber, grating, electromagnetic and other types of displacement sensors. Because of the above characteristics, pull-wire displacement sensors are widely used in all walks of life. In many places in the field of marine detection, pull-wire displacement sensors are used to measure the displacement of objec...
