Embodiment 1

[0019] Weigh 10kg of garlic stalk particles that have been crushed to a particle size of 50 mesh, and mix it with 300 liters of 0.1M ZrOCl 2 ·8H 2 O solution was mixed, stirred and reacted for 24 hours, filtered, washed and dried, and the obtained solid was the adsorption material. Take the adsorbent material, according to 1kg / m 3 Add the proportion of molybdenum into the water containing 20mg / L of molybdenum, stir for 24 hours, filter, send the filtrate to analyze and detect the concentration of molybdenum, and calculate the adsorption efficiency. The relevant results obtained are as figure 1 , 2 As shown, it can be seen that the adsorbent can maintain an adsorption effect of more than 80% on molybdenum between pH 1-6, and in fact it only takes 4 hours to reach the adsorption equilibrium state. Therefore, it is a good adsorption Materials for separating molybdenum.

Embodiment 2

[0021] Weigh 20kg of garlic straw granules that have been crushed to a particle size of 100 mesh, and mix with 500 liters of 0.1M TiOSO 4 2H 2 O solution was mixed, stirred and reacted for 24 hours, filtered, washed and dried, and the obtained solid was the adsorption material. Take the adsorption material, according to 2kg / m 3 Add the proportion of molybdenum into the water containing 20mg / L of molybdenum, stir for 24 hours, filter, send the filtrate to analyze and detect the concentration of molybdenum, and calculate the adsorption efficiency. The relevant results obtained are as figure 1 , 2 As shown, it can be seen that the adsorbent can maintain an adsorption effect of more than 60% on molybdenum at a pH value of 2-4, and in fact it only takes 3 hours to reach the adsorption equilibrium state. Therefore, it is a good adsorption Materials for separating molybdenum.

Embodiment 3

[0023] Weigh 10kg of garlic stalk particles that have been crushed to 80 mesh particle size, and mix with 300 liters of 0.1M FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O solution was mixed, stirred and reacted for 16 hours, filtered, washed and dried, and the obtained solid was the adsorption material. The relevant results obtained are as figure 1 , 2 As shown, it can be seen that the adsorbent can maintain an adsorption effect of more than 80% on molybdenum between pH 2-4, and in fact it only takes 4 hours to reach the adsorption equilibrium state. Therefore, it is a good adsorption Materials for separating molybdenum.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for purifying trace molybdenum in a water body by using an adsorbent prepared from garlics and straws as raw materials, and relates to the technical field of adsorptionand removal of molybdenum in water. The method comprises the following steps: preparing the adsorbent: preparing an adsorption enhancer solution with a certain concentration, adding garlic and strawparticles crushed to a certain particle size into each solution, carrying out stirring and reaction, filtering and washing, and placing the obtained product in a constant-temperature drying oven for drying to obtain a corresponding adsorbent material. When the molybdenum-containing wastewater is purified, the adsorption material and the adsorption liquid are mixed according to a certain proportionunder a certain pH value, and after stirring is performed for a period of time, an ideal adsorption effect can be achieved after filtration. According to the invention, waste garlic skins and strawsare used as raw materials, and are subjected to modification treatment, and related high-valence ions are loaded to enhance the adsorption performance; the biomass adsorption material is prepared andhas an excellent adsorption effect on Mo, when the loaded ions are different, the effects are different, and the adsorption capacity is different; and the adsorbed Mo can be desorbed, and the purposeof resource recovery is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing and using a new material for adsorbing and removing molybdenum in water, in particular using garlic stalks as a basic raw material and adopting the method of adsorbing and loading high-valent metal ions to realize the separation and removal of molybdenum. [0002] technical background [0003] Molybdenum is a strategic metal resource, mainly used in the production of ferroalloys and metal molybdenum materials. my country has abundant reserves of molybdenum resources (accounting for 25% of the world), and the main mineral for extracting molybdenum is molybdenite (MoS 2 ), an important feature of molybdenum mines in my country is that there are many large-scale deposits. Jinduicheng in Shaanxi, Luanchuan in Henan, Yangjiazhangzi in Liaoning, and Daheishan in Jilin are all world-class large-scale mines. Only Luanchuan and Jinduicheng The output of the two places together accounts for 50% of the whole country....
