The invention relates to a high-speed railway subgrade structure design method which comprises the following steps: determining a high-speed railway subgrade structure form and determining a subgradesurface load distribution form; establishing a multilayer roadbed system model; establishing a single-layer soil body stress-strain relationship analytical solution; proposing a subgrade stress and displacement expression considering the material difference of each layer; considering a nonlinear relationship between subgrade filler strain and deformation modulus, and constructing a subgrade structure design method based on iterative computation; and optimizing a subgrade structure based on a subgrade surface dynamic deformation and subgrade bottom layer dynamic strain comprehensive control criterion.
