An ultra-high temperature seedling mode is adopted; germination accelerating is performed at 35-38 DEG C; the air temperature in a position of one meter from the ground after emergence can reach 45-48 DEG C and the humidity is kept at 90-100%; potato seedlings stay at the high temperature for a long time, and plant diseases and insect pests do not occur; in addition, stems and leaves are protected from damage by virtue of high humidity; the accumulated temperature is relatively high in the high temperature andhigh humidity environment, the whole temperature of the greenhouse rises, and the potato seedlings are more robust and the emergence rate is high; and after the cultured sweet potato seedlings are planted in field, the yield is increased by 5-10% compared with that of common seedlings; in addition, the produced sweet potato is good in shape, free of diseases and can be stored more easily; the emergence rate is improved by 33.3-77.8% based on 120-160 pieces of seedlings (calculated by a 60-day seedling harvesting period) of each kilograms of sweet potato compared with that of the sweet potatoobtained by conventional technology; and the method is of great significance in producing high-quality healthy seedlings, promoting the sweet potato industry development and improving the economic benefit.
