The main body structure comprises an embankment body, an outer side anti-seepage wall, a road structure and an inner side anti-seepage wall which are sequentially connected from the outer sea side to the inner sea side of theembankment structure, the outer side anti-seepage wall and the inner side anti-seepage wall are each provided with a vegetation layer, the pressing platform is connected with the side, away from the outer side anti-seepage wall, of the embankment body and is higher than the average high tide level, located on the open sea side, of the embankment structure, and the riprap platform is connected withthe side, away from the road structure, of the inner side anti-seepage wall. A construction method of the embankment structure is controllable in operation, the obtained embankment structure effectively guarantees the stability of the main body structure, meanwhile, impact and erosion of stormy waves and tides are effectively prevented, the service life of the embankment structure is prolonged, and the problem that a traditional embankment rear road driving landscape is poor is solved.
