In the storage battery pack equalization strategy, the voltage-controlled constant-current source is adopted to realize continuous charging and discharging, two variables, namely, the terminal voltage and the voltage deviation value of each single battery are used as input variables, and a fuzzy logic algorithm is used to estimate the battery equalization voltage regulation quantity and the control voltage of a voltage control module of the corresponding voltage-controlled constant-current source in order to regulate the charging and discharging current during battery equalization. The internal resistance relative variation obtained through pulse discharge and the charge relative variation in the equalization process are used as input variables for storage battery pack monitoring diagnosis, and the battery state is estimated by using the fuzzy logic algorithm.
