Abstract

The isothermal methanation reaction process comprises the following steps: enabling synthesis gas to enter an isothermalreactor to react to obtain reaction gas; cooling the reaction gas through a steam superheater, and/or performing heat exchange cooling on the reaction gas and the synthesis gas through a gas inlet heat exchanger to obtain first cooled reaction gas; cooling the first cooled reaction gas through a low-pressure waste heat boiler to obtain second cooled reaction gas; and enabling the second cooled reaction gas to pass through a first water separator to obtain methane gas. The invention discloses the isothermal methanation reaction system and the process. Compared with the existing methanation reaction system and process adopting a gas circulation method, the isothermal methanation reaction system and the process have the advantages of less equipment, short flow, simplicity in regulation and control and high reaction heat utilization rate, and compared with the existing methanation reaction process, the process are a one-time non-circulation reaction process and has no problem of large circulation volume, so that the production efficiency of methanation is high.
