Abstract

The invention discloses a method for estimating biomass of Yunnan pine seedlings, which comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting fresh weight of seedling leaves as an independent variable, andselecting root biomass (W root), stem biomass (W stem), leaf biomass (W leaf), overground part biomass (W overground) and single plant biomass (W single plant) as dependent variables; (2) model selection: selecting a common function to construct a biomass estimation model, namely y = axb; in order to meet the homodyne property, a logarithm of a power function is taken to be linearized, wherein logY is equal to log a + blog X; (3) establishing a biomass estimation model, and obtaining the biomass of each organ, overground part and single plant of the root, stem and leaf by utilizing the quantitative relationship between the fresh weight of the leaf and the biomass; and (4) performing model precision evaluation according to the determination coefficient R2, the standard error SEE of the estimated value and the root mean square error RMSE, and comparing the difference between the linear relationship between the estimated value and the measured value and y = x. The method is an intuitive and accurate biomass estimation method, and is convenient for biomass estimation in the seedling stage of pinus yunnanensis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomass estimation research, in particular to a method for estimating the biomass of pine seedlings in Yunnan, which is suitable for rapid and accurate estimation of the biomass of seedlings. Background technique [0002] Seedlings are the material basis of afforestation, and planting seedlings has always been the most important way of afforestation in my country. Taking the forestry statistical results of the State Forestry Administration from 1999 to 2008 as an example, a total of 45.04 million hectares of afforestation have been planted nationwide, accounting for 84.9% of the total afforestation area, and 327.3 billion seedlings have been used for afforestation. The quality of seedlings is related to the overall level of forestry production, and ensuring that seedlings have excellent quality is the focus of research by forestry production researchers. However, seedling biomass is closely related to se...
