Abstract

The initial positioning mechanism adopts a limiting block set to limit movement of the welding frame, and the fine positioning mechanism adopts pneumatic telescopic positioning columns to position positioning holes reserved in the welding frame.The rotary pressing mechanism adopts telescopic rotary cylinders which are fixedly equipped with pressing blocks at the output ends. The infrared distance measuring device adopts two infrared distancemeasuring sensors which are arranged on the outer sides of two longitudinal supporting strips of the frame and are oppositely arranged.
