The fiber bundle drain pipe seepage measurement device is characterized in that the device comprises a seepage measurement pipe, a water inlet valve, water control valves and fiber bundle drain pipes, wherein the seepage measurement pipe is a vertically arranged round pipe with a sealed bottom; the bottom end of the seepage measurement pipe is connected with a bottom plate; a graduated scale is arranged on the outer wall of the seepage measurement pipe; a plurality of outwards-extending pipe heads communicated with the interior of the seepage measurement pipe are connected to the pipe wall of the seepage measurement pipe at the same height, wherein a pipe joint is connected to each outwards-extending pipe head; the water inlet valve is connected to the lower portion of the seepage measurement pipe; the water control valves are connected to the positions, at different heights, of the upper portion of the seepage measurement pipe; and one ends of the fiber bundle drain pipes are connected with the pipe joints on the outwards-extending pipe heads.
