Problems solved by technology

[0002] During the navy’s deep-sea missions, the pressure in the ear will rise rapidly. The observation of the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane can be easily and simply realized through ordinary electric otoscopes. The operation of pressure release in the ear is usually difficult and time-consuming, and the accuracy is poor. It is difficult for ordinary electric otoscopes and common instruments to observe and quickly perform diagnosis and treatment operations such as pressure release in the ear, resulting in Sudden pressure rise or even rupture of the tympanic membrane, etc., affect task execution

Embodiment 1

[0024] like figure 1 As shown, in this embodiment, the electric otoscope with puncture function includes: a puncture assembly 1 and an electric otoscope body 2 .

[0025] The electric otoscope body 2 includes: an observation tube 21 , a handle housing 22 , a battery 23 , a luminous switch 24 , a power supply circuit 25 , a luminous element 26 , and a transparent lens 28 .

[0026] The observation tube 21 is a hollow conical tube with openings at both ends. The transparent lens 28 is fixed at the opening of the large end of the cone for easy observation, and the light-emitting element 26 is fixed at the opening of the small end of the cone. In this embodiment, the light emitting element 6 is an LED electronic light strip.

[0027] Preferably, the electric otoscope body 2 may further include a convex mirror 27 . The convex mirror 27 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the observation tube 21 through a hinge 27a, and is adjacent to the large end of the cone. The transf...

Embodiment 2

[0039] In this embodiment, the electric otoscope body 2 and the drive motor 11 in the puncture assembly 1 rotate forward, and finally the puncture needle 15 is driven to extend out of the small end of the observation tube 21 to complete the structure and working principle of the tympanic membrane puncture. The same as in , no need to repeat the description.

[0040]In this embodiment, the reverse rotation of the drive motor 11 is not controlled by a switch on the handle housing 22, but is controlled by a slight change in current. The start of the drive motor 11 and the light emitting element 26 share a switch 24 .

[0041] The puncture assembly 1 further includes: a conductive sheet 18 and a current sensor 19 . The front end 15b of the puncture needle 15 is a non-metallic insulating material, and the rear end surface is coated with a conductive metal coating 15a. The dotted line is the division position such as Figure 7 shown. The length of the insulating material at the f...

Abstract

The invention provides an electric otoscope with a puncture function. A transmission rack and a puncture frame are slidably connected with an observation cylinder; the transmission gear is fixed on anoutput shaft of the driving motor; the transmission gear is meshed with the transmission rack; the transmission rack is fixedly connected with the puncture frame; the puncture needle is fixedly or detachably connected with the puncture frame; when the driving motor rotates forwards, the driving motor drives the transmission gear to rotate so as to drive the transmission rack to move towards one side of the observation cylinder and drive the puncture needle to extend out of the observation cylinder; when the drive motor rotates reversely, the driving motor drives the transmission gear to rotate reversely, so that the transmission rack is driven to move towards the other side of the observation cylinder, and the puncture needle is driven to retract into the observation cylinder. The puncture otoscope has the advantages that the puncture function can be achieved while observation is conducted through the endoscope body; under the condition that the auditory meatus is observed, the tympanic membrane is punctured through a puncture needle of the puncture assembly, and operation is rapid, simple and convenient; and an automatic recovery function can be realized after the puncture to a set position.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an electric otoscope with a puncture function. Background technique [0002] During the navy's deep-sea missions, the pressure in the ear will rise rapidly. The observation of the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane can be easily and simply realized through the ordinary electric otoscope. The operation of pressure release in the ear is usually difficult and time-consuming, and the accuracy is poor. It is difficult for ordinary electric otoscopes and common instruments to observe and quickly perform diagnosis and treatment operations such as pressure release in the ear, resulting in in-ear A sudden increase in pressure or even rupture of the tympanic membrane will affect the execution of tasks. Contents of the invention [0003] The electric otoscope with puncture function provided by the present invention can realize the puncture function while observing through th...
