The system comprises metering performance abnormity on-line monitoring devices arranged in each transformer substation and a background analysis system, wherein errors between secondary output voltages of voltage transformers in the transformer substations at thesame time are calculated according to data synchronously collected by B codes, and an error normal distribution diagram of the secondary output voltages of the voltage transformers is obtained; and the background analysis system is used for receiving the collected and summarized data of each front server, dividing the transformer substations according to regions in combination with pre-input static fixed information of the transformer substations, and centralizing the data collected by the metering performance abnormity on-line monitoring devices in the transformer substations in the same region to perform error normal distribution analysis of secondary output voltage.
