A counter-force mechanism, a hydraulic jack, a steel strand and a steel structure anchor frame with a center hole jack are utilized; after the center hole jack is connected with main ribs of a test pile through the steel strand, vertical uplift force is applied to the test pile through the hydraulic jack; when the center hole jack exceeds a pressure limiting value PL, the center hole jack automatically releases pressure, the steel strand can generate vertical displacement relative to the center hole jack, and the rest of the center hole jack which does not reach the pressure limiting value PL continues to uplift the main ribs of the test pile; and when the uplift force iscontinuously increased to the pressure limiting value PL, the corresponding center hole jack also automatically releases pressure, uplift and pressure release are synchronously carried out, finally,the uplift force borne by the main ribs is dynamically balanced through pressure limiting control of the center hole jack, then the main ribs of the test pile are stressed evenly, and test errors aregreatly reduced.
