Two ends of the positioning shaft are connected with a valve bodyand are parallel to a vertical beam. The positioning shaft is provided with a sliding groove. The locking resistance member comprises two resistance pieces arranged symmetrically with respect to thepositioning shaft. The sliding block moves in the sliding groove. The resistance block is symmetrically fixed on both sides of the positioning shaft. The lower end of the resistance block is against the edge of the resistance pieces. The upper end of the vertical shaft is connected to the sliding block. One end of the spring is connected to the sliding block, and the other end is connected to thepositioning shaft or the valve body.
