A water sample outlet of the sample chamber is connected with a first three-way pipe, the first three-way pipe is connected with a second three-way pipe and a third three-way pipe, and the second three-way pipe is connected with a fourth three-way pipe and a first outlet; the third three-way pipe is connected with a fifth three-way pipe and a second outlet; the fourth three-way pipe is connected with an outlet of a seawater filter and a lower opening of an A pipe of a measuring instrument. The fifth three-way pipe is connected with the purified water storage tank and a lower opening of a C pipe of the measuring instrument.
