Embodiment Construction

[0032] The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and the described implementations are part of the implementations of the present invention, not all of them. Based on the implementation of the present invention, all other implementations obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0033] Refer to attached figure 1 - 8. A modular intramedullary nail system includes six main nails 1, Set Screw 2 (pre-installed in the main nail), lag screws 3, compression screws 4, locking screws 5, and caps 6 main part. The main nail 1 provides installation space for various components through the central through hole 1-1, the overlapping hole 1-2 at the proximal end, and the locking nail hole 1-3 at the far end. The main nail 1, the lag screw 3, the compression screw 4, the locking screw 5 and the cap 6 all have...

Abstract

The invention relates to an assembled femoral intramedullary nail system. The assembled femoral intramedullary nail system is simple in structure and rich in assembly type. The assembled femoral intramedullary nail system is composed of a main intramedullary nail, a thread assembly, a lag screw, a forcing screw, a locking screw and a cap. The main intramedullary nail provides installation space for all components through a center hole, a near-end overlapping hole and a far-end nail locking hole. The main intramedullary nail, the lag screw, the forcing screw, the locking screw and the cap all have various specifications, and differences exist in diameter or length parameters. The thread assembly is preassembled in the main nail. The lag screw is divided into a spiral blade type and a threaded structure type according to different head screw structures. The forcing screw is an optional part and is expected to be installed in a lower hole of the near-end overlapping hole of the main nail, the lag screw slides backwards in the axial direction of the lag screw by rotating the forcing screw, and meanwhile the anti-rotation performance of the lag screw and the femoral head is improved through the combination of the forcing screw and the lag screw.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an assembled intramedullary nail system, which has a simple structure and abundant assembled patterns. Background technique [0002] Intramedullary nailing is currently the main way to treat limb long bone fractures. In particular, the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures accounts for more than 60% of the total use of intramedullary nails. When doctors choose intramedullary nail solutions for intertrochanteric fractures, they mainly consider the patient's fracture type and bone quality. Among the existing mainstream solutions on the market, the threaded lag screw system is very suitable for young patients with good bone quality, but for elderly patients, due to their poor head rotation resistance, the helical blade lag screw system is more suitable for bone. Elderly patients with poor quality conditions, but for young patients, it is difficult to knock in when installing, and it is also difficult to take out. In conclusi...
