The multifunctional power electric transformer is divided into three levels, namely an input level, an isolation level and an output level, wherein the input level adopts an H bridge cascaded topological structure to meet the requirements on different input voltage levels; the isolation level adopts a mode of parallel connection of a plurality of high-frequency transformers, the DC/AC high-frequency modulation and the AC/DC high-frequency modulation in an isolation link both adopt a single-phase fully controlled half-bridge structure to save switch parts; the output level consists of one or more three-phase voltage source convertors which are connected in parallel, so that the multi-output can be realized according to the need of a load; and the convertors of the output level are also connected with an LC wave filter to improve the waveform quality of the voltage and the current. The whole device fully adopts technically mature power parts, and each layer cascaded with the input level and the corresponding isolation level can be combined into a convertor, thereby facilitating the design and the production of the convertors. Besides simple functions of voltage conversion and isolation and energy transfer, which can be realized by the conventional transformer, the multifunctional power electric transformer can also realize other novel functions meeting the needs of a power system.

The present invention relates to the technical field of laser spectrum detection and gas detection, and in particular relates to a two quantum cascade laser spectrum-based multicomponent gas simultaneous detection device and method. An arbitrary waveform function generator outputs a periodic signal which only superposes high-frequency modulation signals in any half period to be used as a laser current signal, a room temperature continuous mode mid-infrared quantum cascade laser is driven by a current control unit, the laser emits a laser signal, the laser signal passes sequentially through a focusing collimating three-dimensional adjustment system, a first mirror, a sample absorption pool and a off-axis parabolic mirror to be reflected to a first detector, the first detector passes the laser signal through a data acquisition unit to convert into an electrical signal and transmit to a computer, and information of the gas to be measured can be obtained by analysis and processing of the electrical signal by the computer. The devices simultaneously utilizes two spectrums for gas detection, and has the advantages of high detection sensitivity, high detection accuracy, no need of external standard gas calibration, simple optical path adjustment, fast response, and stability, and the like.

The invention discloses a ranging device based on a laser phase method, and the ranging device provided by the invention comprises a laser emitting and electro-optical modulating module, an internal-external optical path module, and a photoelectric detecting and data processing module, wherein the laser emitting and electro-optical modulating module is used for emitting an infrared laser subjected to high frequency modulation, the internal-external optical path module comprises an internal optical path and an external optical path; the infrared laser is transmitted to the photoelectric detecting and signal processing module respectively through the internal optical path and the external optical path; the photoelectric detecting and signal processing module is used for respectively performing the conversion and frequency-conversion process on the two transmitted optical signals to obtain a phase difference between two optical signals so as to obtain a to-be-measured distance value. Thedevice directly transmits the light emitted by the laser to an integrated electro-optical modulator through an optical fiber; an exit beam is transmitted to the focus point of a range finder emittinglens through the optical fiber so as to greatly simplify the optical path structure; and meanwhile, the modulation frequency of the integrated electro-optical modulator is much higher than the directmodulation frequency of the laser, thereby achieving higher measurement precision.

The invention discloses a handheld laser ranging device, which comprises a laser transmitter, a DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) frequency generating module, an I/Q (In-phase/Quadrature) modulation module, an APD (Avalanche Photo Diode) frequency mixing receiving module, a low frequency amplifier module and a microcontroller module, wherein the laser transmitter transmits laser ranging signals to a to-be-measured object; the DDS frequency generating module provides the laser transmitter with high frequency modulation signals; the I/Q modulation module modulates the high frequency modulation signals and outputs the modulated signals; the APD frequency mixing receiving module receives the laser ranging signals that are sent back from the to-be-measured object, the laser ranging signals and the modulated signals are processed through frequency mixing, and low frequency signals with phase differences are output; the low frequency amplifier module converts the low frequency signals to low frequency voltage signals; and in addition, the microcontroller module generates and outputs I/Q signals, receives the low frequency voltage signals, processes the low frequency voltage signals through phase detection, and obtains distance signals of the to-be-measured object so as to output the distance signals. High-frequency distribution transformer

The invention discloses a high-frequency distribution transformer, which comprises a three-phase voltage high-frequency modulation circuit, high-frequency phase-shifting transformer, a multi-pulse rectifying circuit, and an inverter output module, wherein each phase of bridge arm of the three-phase voltage high-frequency modulation circuit comprises n serially-connected single-phase rectifying modules and inverter modules of which the number is m times of that of the single-phase rectifying modules. Output voltage of the high-frequency distribution transformer can be adjusted by adjusting the duty cycle of the inverter modules in three-phase voltage high-frequency modulation circuit; the operation of the high-frequency phase-shifting transformer in a high-frequency modulation mode can effectively reduce the volume and weight of the whole distribution transformer; and the distribution transformer can solve the flow equalization problem of the multi-pulse rectifying circuit, allows a power factor on the line side to be close to 1 and substantially eliminates the current harmonics on the line side. The high-frequency distribution transformer is applicable to the prior power frequency power distribution system and multiphase power distribution system as well as high-frequency power distribution system such as 400Hz ship power distribution system.

Handheld laser drunk-driving telemetering and pre-warning system

The invention discloses a handheld laser drunk-driving telemetering and pre-warning system comprising a body. The body is internally provided with a DFB (Distributed Feed Back) laser and is externally provided with a laser emission button which is electrically connected with the DFB laser and a control module of the DFB laser; a receiving telescope is arranged on the side wall of the body, and a beam collimator is arranged in a lens cone of the receiving telescope; the DFB laser is connected with the beam collimator by virtue of optical fibers; and a photoelectric detector is arranged at the rear end of the receiving telescope, and the signal output of the photoelectric detector is connected with a signal acquisition and processing module. When the handheld laser drunk-driving telemetering and pre-warning system is used, emitted light beams are aligned with an area to be metered, the metering can be finished quickly by high-frequency modulation of a light source, and a user can perform judgment rapidly according to the displayed result and completely control the starting of the metering. The handheld laser drunk-driving telemetering and pre-warning system can be used for performing real-time telemetering on alcohol concentration on a small scale.

Alkali metal atomic magnetometer air chamber electric heating magnetic field measurement method

The invention relates to an alkali metal atomic magnetometer air chamber electric heating magnetic field measurement method. For a conventional measurement method, a magnetic field produced after an air chamber electric heater is electrified is measured using other kinds of magnetometers. The measurement method is affected by the size and installation position of the magnetometer adopted, and in-situ measurement cannot be realized. Moreover, the measurement accuracy is not high due to the limitation of the sensitivity of the magnetometer. While in the method of the invention, an SERF (Spin-Exchange-Relaxation-Free) atomic magnetometer three-dimensional in-situ magnetic compensation technology is used to measure a magnetic field sensed by atoms when a DC power supply drives an electric heater and a magnetic field sensed by atoms when a high-frequency modulation circuit drives the electric heater, and subtraction is performed on the two magnetic fields to get the size of the electric heating magnetic field. By using the method, in-situ measurement is realized, and the position error of measurement is eliminated. Moreover, because of the use of the measurement information of an atomic magnetometer, the accuracy of measurement is greatly improved.
