L-pyroglutamate alpha inthe present invention can bind to a muscarinic receptor M3 due to the spatial configuration of the L-pyroglutamate alpha, after the L-pyroglutamate alpha binds to the muscarinic receptor M3, the Ach in the brain of an AD patient is retained, so that the content of Ach is increased, while L-pyroglutamate beta cannot bind to the muscarinic receptor M3, which also shows that L-pyroglutamate alpha hasexcellent AD resisting function.
