The invention relates to a concrete composition and a regeneration technology and additive thereof. The composition comprises an A component, a B component and a C component; the A component comprisessand and gravel, the B component comprises binding agent, diluent, coal ash, mineral admixture and anti-corrosion admixture, and the C component comprises EVA shrinkage balls, talcum powder and quicklime. The EVA shrinkage balls of the C component are added to the concrete, and EVA is a substance which can generate volume shrinkage when being heated or cooled. According to the technical scheme, the EVA shrinkage balls which are shrunk after being heated are adopted, the EVA shrinkage balls are hollow balls and are mixed into the concrete, when the concrete needs to be disassembled, the concrete road surface is subjected to heat pretreatment, the EVA shrinkage balls which are mixed into the concrete road surface are heated, the volumes of the EVA shrinkage balls are decreased, and accordingly a cavity is formed in the portion which is filled with the EVA shrinkage balls in advance; under the situation, when the concrete is hammered, the cavity is easily damaged due to a thin structure,and the concrete composition helps to hammer concrete into small concrete blocks which are used for regeneration concrete aggregate particles.
