processing equipment technology, and discloses a
machine and method for iron core
processing production, including a
material handling structure, an iron core unloading
assembly, and a winding frame. The invention uses a winding frame to form a triangular structure, limiting frame deformation and swaying, and reducing material winding jamming and deviation. The
material handling structure is equipped with multiple gripping modules, each connected to at least six detachable positioning pins. These positioning pins are distributed around the periphery of a single iron core to limit the iron core's sway, reducing
material handling deviation and damage, and lowering component maintenance costs. The iron core unloading
assembly includes a cylinder and a sliding plate, both with cavities. The sliding plate and cylinder slide horizontally relative to each other, connecting the cavities in the sliding plate and the cylinder. A top-loading cylinder drives a long top-loading rod to extend into the cylinder and push the iron core, enabling simultaneous unloading of multiple iron cores and improving mechanical unloading efficiency.
