The system comprises a cabinet body, a identity recognition module, a processor, a communication module and a server, wherein the cabinet body is arranged in a laboratory and used for placing experiment consumables in the cabinet body, and a cabinet door of the cabinet body is opened or closed with the cabinet body through an electronic lock; weight sensors are arranged below each layer of storage plate of the cabinet body; the identity recognition module is used for collecting identity information of a door opener; the processor is connected with the electronic lock, the identity recognition module and a gravity sensor and used for judging whether the collected identity information has permission or not and sending an unlocking instruction to the electronic lock after the collected identity information has permission; the communication module is used for sending medium weight data of the storage plate where the gravitysensor is located to the server; and the server is used for receiving the weight data and updating the quantity of the consumables according to the historical weight data and the set unit price data.The system is simple in structure and convenient to use, the inventory conditions of all consumables can be collected only by designing corresponding replacement model bodies for various types of consumables, and the problem of consumable counting troubling an efficient laboratory for a long time is solved.
