The pilot-type dynamic differential pressure balance valve comprises a main valve assembly and a pilot valve assembly;the main valve assembly includes a main valve body, a main valve upper cover, a main valve piston cylinder, a main valve piston, a main valve elastic part and a main valve core; a main valve inlet isconnected with a rear end of a load system; a main valve port is arranged between a main valve outlet and the main valve inlet; the main valve piston divides an inner cavity of the main valve pistoncylinder into a main valve upper cavity and a main valve lower cavity; the main valve lower cavity communicates with the main valve outlet; the pilot valve assembly includes a pilot valve body, a pilot valve cover, a pilot piston, a shut-off hood, a shut-off check ring, a pilot elastic part and an adjusting shaft; the pilot piston divides an inner cavity of the pilot valve body into a pilot valveupper cavity and a pilot valve lower cavity; the pilot valve upper cavity hermetically communicates with the main valve inlet; and the pilot valve lower cavity hermetically communicates with a front end of the load system.
