Abstract

The invention provides an injection forming mold and method for measuring the undulating form of a structural surface. The forming mold comprises fixed supporting rods anchored in an engineering rockmass, a frame-shaped piece covering the surface, with undulating form to be measured, of the engineering rock mass, a communicating pipe arranged on the frame-shaped piece and used for injecting an injection molding material into the frame-shaped piece, sealing gasket bases used for sealing gaps between the bottom of the frame-shaped piece and the engineering rock mass, as well as counter-force arm rods and limiting arm rods, wherein one ends of the counter-force arm rods and limiting arm rods are rotatably arranged on the fixed supporting rods and the other ends of the counter-force arm rodsand limiting arm rods are in contact with the frame-shaped piece, the counter-force arm rods are in contact with the top face of the frame-shaped piece, the limiting arm rods are in contact with the side faces of the frame-shaped piece, the counter-force arm rods and the limiting arm rods are used for extruding and fixing the frame-shaped piece to the surface, with the undulating form to be measured, of the engineering rock mass, and the injection molding material is injected into the frame-shaped piece through the communicating pipe and contains the undulating information of the structural surface after being solidified.
