The torsional damping device comprises a shell and a torsional damping mechanism. The shell is used for connecting the driving motor and the reduction gearbox. The torsionaldamping mechanism is arranged in the shell and comprises a first rigid part connected to the driving motor in a driving mode, a second rigid part connected to the reduction gearbox in a driving mode,and a flexible part arranged between the first rigid part and the second rigid part. The first rigid part and the second rigid part are oppositely and separately arranged. The flexible part is provided with a first end face and a second end face which are opposite, the first end face is connected to the first rigid part, and the second end face is connected to the second rigid part. Through filtering attenuation of the flexible part, when kinetic energy is transmitted to the reduction gearbox through the second rigid part, the fluctuations of impact and torque borne by the reduction gearbox are greatly reduced, and therefore vibration and noise of the driving motor and the reduction gearbox in the operation process are reduced.
