The multi-audio stethoscope head provided by the invention comprises a stethoscope head body, a vibrating diaphragm and fixing pieces, wherein a sound collecting surface is arranged on the stethoscope head body, and a sound guide hole is formed in the sound collecting surface; each fixing piece is provided with an axial through hole, a fixing piece side wall used for being matched and fixedly connected with the stethoscope head body and diaphragm pressing parts used for enabling the vibrating diaphragm to be tightly matched with the stethoscope head body; and the vibrating diaphragm is arranged between the diaphragm pressing parts and the stethoscope head body, the vibrating diaphragm is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface, convex columns are arranged on the parts, located on the inner sides of the through holes of the fixing pieces, of the sound collecting surface of the stethoscope body, and the highest points of the convex columns are positioned below the lowersurface of the vibrating diaphragm.
